特朗普税改方案出台特朗普酝酿已久的减税计划终于尘埃落定。美东时间4月26日下午,美国财政部长史蒂文·努钦和白宫国家经济委员会主任加里·科恩发布了特朗普的税改方案。根据该方案,美国企业公司税从现在的35%降至15%,将个人所得税的税率等级从现在的7档降至3档,税率分别调整为10%、25%和35%。此外,新税方案还将废除遗产税、“奥巴马医保税”、替代性最低税等税种。
