院内感染,多年来一直被医务界同道所关注,并提出了许多行之有效的预防措施,但不尽完善。以产科为例,凡来就诊者,不论携带何种致病微生物或患何种疾病,均以妊娠为由到产科诊治或住院。在这种情况下,传染源隐蔽,给人以假象,更利于致病微生物在院内的传播。如在预防措施上稍有纸漏,就会造成疾病的发生,给病人造成不应有的痛苦和损失。总结近几年来产科的经验教训,发现了预防院内感染在产科容易被忽视的几个问题,并提出其改进措施。1 重视思想教育,提高医护人员的慎独观念
Nosocomial infections have been the concern of the medical community for many years and many effective preventive measures have been proposed but are not perfect. Taking obstetrics as an example, anyone who comes to the clinic, regardless of the type of pathogenic microbe or disease, is treated for pregnancy or for obstetric care. In this case, the source of infection is hidden, giving an illusion that is more conducive to the spread of pathogenic microorganisms in the hospital. If there is a slight paper leakage in the preventive measures, it will cause the disease to occur and cause undue suffering and loss to the patient. Summing up the experience and lessons of obstetrics in recent years, we have found several problems that prevent hospital-based infections from being easily overlooked in obstetrics and propose improvements. 1 Pay attention to ideological education and improve the prudence and independence of medical staff
