为实时监测运行中的控制板各器件、芯片的温度情况,设计了一种基于MAX6626温度采集芯片、LPC1114为ARM主控芯片的多点温度采集测试系统,支持测试控制板中4点的温度,并能够将测试采集数据实时发送给上位机,供技术人员观测分析。该温度采集测试系统测量数据精度高,测量误差小,具有工程推广使用价值。
