在中国少年先锋队建队40周年前夕,我应邀参加了在天津市蓟县凤凰山红领巾营地召开的全国老少先队工作者座谈会。来自全国16个省市的50多名代表欢聚一堂。为了更好地发挥余热,老一代少先队工作者成立了“晚霞团”。在会上,我们和各级领导促膝谈心,认真回顾了40年来少先队工作的历程,总结了工作中的得失,并分析研究了当前少年儿童教育的现状,提出了许多改革建议。这次盛会又焕发了我们青春的火焰。
On the eve of the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Young Pioneers Team, I was invited to attend a forum of national workers for young and old pioneers held at the Red Scarf Camp in Fenghuangshan, Jixian County, Tianjin. More than 50 delegates from 16 provinces and cities nationwide gathered together. In order to give full play to the heat, the younger generation of young pioneers workers set up a “sunset group.” At the meeting, we talked with leaders at all levels on stage. We carefully reviewed the work of Young Pioneers over the past 40 years, summed up the gains and losses in our work, and analyzed and studied the current situation of education for children and made many suggestions for reform. This event rekindled the flame of our youth.
