目的探讨三维适形放射治疗(3D-CRT)对脑瘤患者肿瘤标志物和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)相关指标的影响。方法选取2014年2月至2015年10月间青岛市胶州中心医院收治的68例脑瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组患者采用手术治疗和常规化疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上行3D-CRT,比较两组患者总有效率、治疗前后肿瘤标志物和MMP相关指标。结果观察组患者中,脑胶质瘤患者总有效率为85.0%,其他脑瘤患者总有效率为78.6%,全组患者总有效率82.4%,高于对照组患者的50.0%、35.7%和44.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后不同时间肿瘤标志物和MMP相关指标水平均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 3D-CRT对脑瘤患者的治疗效果较好,对患者肿瘤标志物和MMP相关指标的表达也有较好的控制作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) on tumor markers and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) in patients with brain tumor. Methods Sixty-eight patients with brain tumor who were treated in Qingdao Jiaozhou Central Hospital from February 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by surgery and conventional chemotherapy. The patients in the observation group were treated with 3D-CRT on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, the tumor markers and MMP-related indexes before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 85.0% in glioma patients, 78.6% in other brain tumors, and 82.4% in patients in observation group, which was higher than 50.0% and 35.7% in control group 44.1%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of tumor markers and MMPs in observation group were lower than those in control group at different times after treatment (all P <0.05). Conclusion 3D-CRT has good curative effect on patients with brain tumor and good control on the expression of tumor markers and MMP-related indicators in patients.
