免疫因素所致流产的治疗和对母婴影响

随着生殖免疫学研究的进步,许多不明原因的流产和免疫因素有关已得到普遍认可,并对此类疾病进行了主动及被动免疫治疗,现就免疫治疗的机理、方法,对母婴影响作一综述。 正常妊娠时,孕妇能识别滋养层抗原并产生封闭抗体,从而有效地防止了母体T淋巴细胞反应及排斥胚胎,而不明原因流产患者,体内缺乏封闭抗体,因此淋巴细胞反应增加并排斥胚胎,导致流产。主动或被动免疫治疗后可引发封闭抗体产生,提高患者免疫反应,使胚胎得到保护。
