目的探讨胎儿脐血流值预测胎儿宫内缺氧的作用。方法应用彩色多普勒超声测定128例足月妊娠脐血流速度波形的S/D、PI及RI值,且对S/D异常组(S/D≥3,共7例)和S/D正常组(S/D<3,共10例)行胎盘病理检查。结果胎儿宫内缺氧组(13例)S/D及RI值较正常妊娠组(115例)明显增高,S/D异常组胎盘三级绒毛干中肌性小动脉数明显少于S/D正常组。结论彩超监测足月妊娠胎儿脐血流值可预测胎儿宫内缺氧,且S/D异常与胎盘三级绒毛干中肌性小动脉数目减少有关。
Objective To investigate the role of fetal cord blood flow in predicting fetal hypoxia. Methods The S / D, PI and RI values of umbilical blood flow velocity waveform in 128 full-term pregnant women were measured by color Doppler ultrasonography, and the S / D, PI and RI values of S / D abnormal group (S / D≥3, The normal group (S / D <3, a total of 10 cases) placenta pathology. Results The S / D and RI of fetal hypoxia group (n = 13) were significantly higher than those of normal pregnancy group (n = 115). The number of muscular arterioles in the third grade of the placenta was significantly less than that of S / D normal group. CONCLUSIONS: Fetal umbilical cord blood flow monitoring by color Doppler ultrasonography can predict intrauterine hypoxia, and S / D abnormalities are associated with a decrease in the number of muscular arterioles in the third layer of placenta.
