用粉末冶金热压法制备了含MoS2的镍基自润滑复合材料。研究了金属基体及其中镍铬合金的含量对复合材料的硬度、摩擦系数和磨损率的影响。试验结果表明,40%金属基体比20%金属基体复合材料的摩擦磨损性能有明显的提高;在金属基体中增加镍铬合金的含量可以使40%金属基体复合材料具有更低的摩擦系数和磨损率。借助扫描电镜及能谱仪分析了往复摩擦表面润滑膜的形貌及成分,对金属基体、合金含量对复合材料摩擦学性能影响的机理进行了探讨。
Nickel-based self-lubricating composites containing MoS2 were prepared by powder metallurgy hot pressing. The effects of metal matrix and Ni-Cr alloy content on the hardness, friction coefficient and wear rate of the composites were studied. The experimental results show that the friction and wear properties of 40% metal matrix are obviously improved compared with 20% metal matrix composites. The increase of Ni-Cr content in the metal matrix can make 40% metal matrix composite have lower friction coefficient and wear rate. The morphology and composition of the lubricating film on the reciprocating friction surface were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The effects of metal matrix and alloy content on the tribological properties of the composites were also discussed.
