肿瘤的发生发展与免疫状态密切相关,T辅助淋巴细胞(Th)与T抑制淋巴细胞(Ts)是免疫反应的调节细胞,某些自身免疫疾病,免疫缺陷疾病,肿瘤等患者,Th、Ts比例常有显著的改变。目前认为T细胞功能状况取决于T细胞亚群的分布,Th/Ts比值可作为T淋巴细胞功能的参数。因此对T淋巴细胞亚群测定和分析对上述疾病的研究有一定的价值,本文应用OKT单克隆抗体(McAb)检测NPC患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,旨在了解患者的免疫状况及其在诊断上的意义,现将结果报道如下。 材 料 与 方 法 一、检测对象:15例NPC患者均为中山医科大学附属肿瘤医院鼻咽癌病区,经活检病理确诊,治疗前的住院病人,男11例,女4例,年龄26~64岁(平均44岁)。正常对照组20人,均为本单位健康职工,男8人、女12人,年龄20~58岁(平均40岁)。

Materials and Methods First, the test object: 15 cases of NPC patients were nasopharyngeal cancer patients affiliated with Cancer Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, biopsy pathology confirmed before treatment, 11 males and 4 females, aged 26 to 64 years (Average 44 years old). The normal control group of 20 people, are the units of health workers, 8 males and 12 females, aged 20 to 58 years (mean 40 years).
