目的:探讨血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(Plasma Glutathione Peroxidase,GPX-3)启动子rs8177412位点基因多态性与脑梗死的相关性。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-连接酶检测方法(PCR-LDR)对94例脑梗死患者和80例健康对照者进行GPX-3启动子基因多态性分析。结果:脑梗死患者组中rs8177412位点TC+CC基因型频率分别高于对照组(P<0.05),其C等位基因频率亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。经多项非条件logistic回归分析提示GPX-3启动子rs8177412携带C等位基因可能为脑梗死的独立危险因素。结论:GPX-3启动子rs8177412基因多态性与脑梗死的发生有关,可能是脑梗死的一个重要危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between polymorphism of rs8177412 in plasma glutathione peroxidase (GPX-3) promoter and cerebral infarction. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction-ligase assay (PCR-LDR) was used to analyze the polymorphism of GPX-3 promoter in 94 patients with cerebral infarction and 80 healthy controls. Results: The frequencies of TC + CC genotype rs8177412 in patients with cerebral infarction were higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and the frequency of C allele was also higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Multiple non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that GPX-3 promoter rs8177412 carries C allele and may be an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction. Conclusion: The gene polymorphism of GPX-3 rs8177412 is associated with the occurrence of cerebral infarction, which may be an important risk factor of cerebral infarction.
