目的:观察硫喷妥钠对气管平滑肌收缩的直接影响,为有气道高反应患者选用硫喷妥钠提供参考依据。方法:选用3种刺激因素诱发兔气管平滑肌收缩,这3种因素分别是3×10-8mmol/L的内皮素-1(ET-1)、10-3mol/L乙酰胆碱(ACh)及电脉冲。观察1.89mmol/L的硫喷妥钠对以上3种刺激因素所致气管平滑肌效应的影响。结果:1.89mmol/L的硫喷妥钠可明显抑制以上3种刺激因素诱发的兔离体气管平滑肌收缩。结论:大剂量硫喷妥钠对内皮素、乙酰胆碱及电脉冲诱发的兔离体气管平滑肌收缩有一定的直接舒张作用。
Objective: To observe the direct effect of thiopental on the contraction of tracheal smooth muscle and to provide a reference for the selection of thiopental in patients with airway hyperresponsiveness. Methods: Three kinds of stimuli were used to induce tracheal smooth muscle contraction. The three factors were ET-1 (3 × 10-8mmol / L), ACh (10-3mol / L) and electric pulse. To observe the effect of 1.89mmol / L thiopental on the tracheal smooth muscle effect induced by the above three stimuli. Results: 1.89mmol / L of thiopental sodium can significantly inhibit the above three kinds of stimuli induced rabbit isolated tracheal smooth muscle contraction. Conclusion: High-dose thiopental sodium has certain direct relaxation effects on endothelin, acetylcholine and electrical pulse-induced contractions of isolated tracheal smooth muscle in rabbits.
