对 2 3例麻疹患者血清可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (sIL - 2R)水平进行检测 ,结果显示麻疹患者出疹期和恢复期血清sIL - 2R水平均明显升高 ,与正常对照组相比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。其结果是使活化的免疫细胞恢复到静止期 ,作为一种自我调节手段控制活化的T细胞的过强免疫反应。在麻疹病程中或病后一段时间 ,由其临床症状可得到暂时缓解的原因。
The levels of soluble interleukin - 2 receptor (sIL - 2R) in 23 cases of measles patients were detected. The results showed that serum sIL - 2R levels in measles patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls There was a significant difference (P <0.01). The result is the return of activated immune cells to quiescence, which acts as a self-regulating means of controlling the excessive immune response of activated T cells.
