根据甘肅省人民委員会1958年2月21日报告,决定:將甘肅省皋蘭、靖远兩縣所屬以郝家川为中心的部分地区設立白銀市。
According to the report of the People’s Committee of Gansu Province on February 21, 1958, it was decided that Silver City should be established in some areas centering on Hao Jiachuan, both Gaolan and Jingyuan counties in Gansu Province.
