Historically, coliform bacteria have been used as indicators of bacterial contamination of foodstuffs. Enterococci, like coliform bacteria, are often bacterial in intestines of humans and warm-blooded animals and are also indicators of faecal contamination of foodstuffs. The distribution of enterococci and human and animal feces contamination has a great relationship, because of its high nutritional requirements, it has the need to develop the characteristics of high concentrations of organic matter. Enterococci are widely distributed in nature, there are many reports from insects detected. The United States as a pollution indicator of frozen foods, intestinal bowel is now considered
