良好的师生关系不但令我们身心愉快,而且有助于提高学生的学习兴趣,提高学生在情感、意志、道德诸方面的综合素质,从而提高教学效果。教师作为一种职业,是我们每天都要扮演的一个角色,师生关系也成为我们不可逃避的一种关系。良好的师生关系不但令我们身心愉快,而且有助于提高学生的学习兴趣,提高学生在情感、意志、道德诸方面的综合素质,从而提高教学效果,可以说师生关系的融洽是教学成功的前提,那么如何才能处理好师生关系呢?下面试谈谈本人几点肤浅的认识:
