处理好师生间的矛盾是相当重要的。在事件发生时,宜冷不宜热;事发后,宜静不宜动;处理矛盾的态度,宜真不宜假。师生之间在教育过程中会产生一些矛盾,究其原因,主要是教师和学生是在不同时期接受教育的人,各方面,如经历、文化知识、思维方式、审美观点、生活习惯、兴趣爱好等都存在明显的差异,因此对人对事对社会现象的态度也往往不同。由此可见,处理好师生间的矛盾是相当重要的。那么我们如何智慧的去化解师生间的矛盾呢?
