淫羊藿水取液使NE和KCl收缩兔主动脉条的量—效反应曲线均右移,并抑制最大效应。明显减弱NE收缩反应中内Ca~(2+)释放依赖性部分,对NE所引起的依赖细胞外Ca~(2+)的收缩比前者更强。提示淫羊藿水提取液可抑制细胞膜上电位依赖性Ca~(2+)通道,同时对受体控制性Ca~(2+)通道抑制作用更强。
Epimedium water extract resulted in right-shifted dose-response curves of NE and KCl-contracted rabbit aortic strips and inhibited maximal effect. Significantly weakening the intracellular Ca~(2+) release-dependent part of the NE contraction response, the NE-dependent extracellular Ca~(2+) contraction was stronger than the former. It was suggested that aqueous extracts of epimedium could inhibit the voltage-dependent Ca 2+ channels on the cell membrane and inhibit the receptor-controlled Ca 2+ channel more strongly.
