从德氏金丝桃Hypericum drummondii的茎叶分到四个具有很强抗菌活性的绵马次酸(filicinic acid)衍生物:德氏金丝桃素D(drummondin D,1)。异德氏金丝桃素D(isodrummondin D,2)。德氏金丝桃素E(rummondin E,3)。和德氏金丝桃素F(drummondin F.4)。这些新化合物都有很强的抗菌活性,其活性强度超过链霉素(5)。或与链霉素相近。
From the stems and leaves of hypericum hypericum drummondii, four filicinic acid derivatives with strong antibacterial activity were identified: Drummondin D (1). Isodermone D (2). D. rummondin E (3). And D. hypericin F (drummondin F.4). These new compounds have strong antibacterial activity and their activity exceeds that of streptomycin (5). Or similar to streptomycin.
