中国标准化研究院日前发布的“2015年度中国顾客满意度调查结果”显示,总体看2015年平均满意度比2014年提高0.2分。这表明,该指数近三年呈稳中有升趋势。调查结果显示,整体满意度为75.43,其中耐用消费品为75.92,生活服务75.21,均呈持续上升趋势,只有非耐用消费品下降0.74。本年度共调查了32个行业,满意度有所提高的行业14个,占51.85%。其中提高幅度较大的行业有摩托车、加油站、燃气热水器、快捷酒店、商业银行、电饭锅等。
China Institute of Standardization recently released “2015 China Customer Satisfaction Survey ” shows that in 2015 the average overall satisfaction of 0.2 points higher than in 2014. This shows that the index has been showing steady growth in the recent three years. The survey results showed that overall satisfaction was 75.43, of which durable consumer goods was 75.92 and living services was 75.21, both showing a sustained upward trend, with only a decrease of 0.74 for non-durable consumer goods. During the year, a total of 32 industries were surveyed, of which 14 were satisfied with their satisfaction, accounting for 51.85%. Among the industries that have been greatly improved, there are motorcycles, gas stations, gas water heaters, express hotels, commercial banks, rice cookers and so on.
