在塑料钵栽水分亏缺条件下,对14种不同药剂浸种的巴西陆稻种子萌发特性及幼苗的部分抗旱指标进行了测定,结果表明所有处理均能提高发芽率、发芽指数,增强抗旱性;分析了不同药剂处理间的生长、生理反应差异,并应用所测指标采取模糊隶属法对各处理间的幼苗抗旱性进行了综合评价,其抗旱性强弱顺序为:Na2HPO4>S3307>CaCl2+GA>ZnSO4>FeSO4>H2O2>CaCl2>NaCl>NaH2PO4>KNO3>KH2PO4>GA>H2O>Na2B4O7,其中达强抗标准的为Na2HPO4处理;S3307,Ca-Cl2+GA,ZnSO4,FeSO4,H2O2为中抗;CaCl2,NaCl,NaH2PO4,KNO3,KH2PO4,GA为弱抗;不抗的处理是H2O和Na2B4O7。
The seed germination characteristics and seedling drought resistance indexes of Brazil soaked with 14 different chemical agents were tested under the conditions of water deficit in plastic pot planting. The results showed that all the treatments could increase the germination rate, germination index and drought resistance; The differences of growth and physiological responses among different treatments were analyzed. The fuzzy evaluation method was used to evaluate the drought resistance of seedlings in all the treatments. The order of drought resistance was Na2HPO4> S3307> CaCl2 + GA> ZnSO4 CaCl2, NaCl, NaH2PO4, KNO3> KH2PO4> GA> H2O> Na2B4O7, respectively, in which Na2HPO4 was the best anti-standard; S3307, Ca2 + NaH2PO4, KNO3, KH2PO4, GA is weak resistance; non-resistance treatment is H2O and Na2B O7.
