生产良好韧性钢板的新技术,即为住友金属公司的高韧性工艺(SHT工艺)。 SHT工艺是一种新的形变热处理技术,它具有普通控制轧制及常化工艺的优点,可以生产在低温环境下仍具有良好韧性的钢板。 SHT工艺的特点是两次加热和两次轧制,通过合理安排两次加热和两次轧制,在不降低原钢板轧机的轧制效率的前提下,制定SHT生产工艺。为了达到上述目的,开发了以下重要项目:①最佳设备和布局;②组合轧制法;③SHT加热炉的计算机控制系统。
The new technology for producing tough ductile steel is the high toughness process (SHT process) from Sumitomo Metal. SHT process is a new heat treatment deformation technology, which has the advantages of ordinary control of rolling and normalization process, can produce good toughness in low temperature steel plate. SHT process is characterized by two heating and two rolling, through a reasonable arrangement of two heating and two rolling, without reducing the rolling efficiency of the original plate mill under the premise of the development of SHT production process. In order to achieve the above objectives, the following important projects have been developed: ① Best equipment and layout; ② Combination rolling; ③ Computer control system for SHT furnace.
