高等音乐职业教育人才的培养,至少包括两个方面的内涵,一是从事行业服务的音乐素质教育与音乐艺术辅导的专业人才;二是在文化产业(包括专业文艺演出团体、公司等)或文化事业单位工作的专业人才。对高等音乐职业教育人才综合素质构成的剖析,也是基于对以上这两方面人才的素质与能力的剖析。通过剖析,可以清楚的看到在当前我国文化艺术发展中对高等音乐职业人才素质的实际需求,从而使我们对高等音乐职业教育人才培养的综合素质构成有了一个清晰的认识。
