儿童时期的尿石症

儿童的尿石症在工业发达国家中,约占所有尿石症病人的2％左右,是不多见,相反地在亚洲地区却很多,有所谓结石流行地区,然而,主要地以膀胱结石为多见。儿童尿石症与成人尿石症由于其发病原因、症状和治疗均有不同,因之完全需要分别进行研究。我们希望在20年内所累积的95例儿童尿石症的分析能证实有这种特殊问题的存在。
