私募股权已经成为国际融资市场上重要的力量,它以成熟企业为投资目标,着力于改善治理结构,提升企业内在价值,私募股权投资对被投资企业公司治理的改善作用有重要意义。本文结合目前我国私募股权投资基金的实际情况,就私募股权投资基金对被投资公司治理模式的影响进行了简要分析,并深入剖析私募股权投资基金对被投资公司站式模式的改善。
Private equity has become an important force in the international financing market. It takes mature enterprises as its investment objective, focuses on improving the governance structure and enhancing the intrinsic value of the enterprise. Private equity investment is of great significance to the improvement of the corporate governance of the invested enterprises. Based on the current situation of private equity investment funds in our country, this paper briefly analyzes the impact of private equity investment funds on the governance model of investee companies, and analyzes in depth the improvement of the stand-alone model of private equity funds.
