目前,从山西省各高校党风廉政制度建设的整体情况来看,成效是明显的。其存在的突出问题是:制度体系有缺位;制度内容存在着针对性、系统性和协调性缺乏的现象;制度建设的科学性不强;制度落实执行不力。构建高校党风廉政制度的基本思路是:高校党风廉政应在校务公开、人财物岗位的保廉、招生分配、校本企业管理等方面建立相应的制度。只有这样,才能全面推进高等院校的党风廉政制度建设工作。
At present, from the overall situation of the construction of the party style and the system of honest and clean government in all colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, the results are obvious. The outstanding problems of their existence are as follows: there is a vacancy in the system of institutions; there is a lack of pertinency, systematicness and lack of coordination in the contents of the system; the scientific nature of institution building is not strong; and the implementation of the system is not implemented effectively. The basic idea of building a new party style and a clean government system in colleges and universities is that the party style and the establishment of a clean and honest administration in colleges and universities should establish a corresponding system in terms of opening the school, safeguarding the integrity of people and property, enrollment and distribution, and school-based enterprise management. Only in this way can comprehensively promote the construction of a clean government in the institutions of higher learning.
