目的探讨健康工人效应大小与来源。方法对国有和非国有2类共6家企业员工上岗前体检、在岗期间体检和离岗体检结果进行分析。结果引起健康工人效应的原因是多方面的,非国有企对上岗人员健康筛选幅度大,不同种类企业间有害岗位工人病损谱差别大,企业倾向于淘汰亚健康员工。结论企业对工人的选择倾向,使健康工人效应放大。
Objective To explore the effects and sources of health workers. Methods Six state-owned and non-state-owned two categories of employees before the pre-employment physical examination, physical examination and off-post physical examination during the post-mortem analysis. Results The causes of health workers’ effects are many. Non-state-owned enterprises (SOEs) have a large screening range for the health of laid-off workers. There is a big difference between the types of injuries among workers in different types of enterprises. Enterprises tend to eliminate sub-health workers. Conclusion The tendency of enterprises to choose workers makes the effects of health workers magnified.
