广东阳江制药厂生产、空军广州医院监制,品牌标签注明为促肝细胞生长素、缩写成 PHGF 的药物,有介绍治疗重症肝炎取得满意疗效,而缩写为 HGF。有报道肝细胞生长多肽(共缩写 HPN)对实验性肝坏死有保护作用。曾等报道肝细胞生长素(缩写 HPN,与肝细胞生长多肽相同)治疗重型肝炎能提高存活率。目前报道关于 PHGF 的文稿较多,以生长素、多肽、生长因子等名义出现在文章中容易混淆和误解。我们认为,这些名称其实为同一物质,应该统一命名和缩写统一。至于 PHGF 治疗重型肝炎的确切应用价值,我们不敢枉加评论。重型肝炎至今治疗难点是肝细胞坏死导致肝功能衰竭。而肝坏死的程度又取决于肿瘤坏死因子的活性高低。肝坏死无
