为探索治疗尖锐湿疣的新方法，应用病毒唑、利多卡因局部注射加部分剪除治疗阴茎尖锐湿疣20例，除1例波及尿道舟状窝复发外，治愈19例，有效率为95％。对其治疗机理进行分析讨论，认为此法具有局部用药浓度高、抗病毒强之作用，是治疗尖锐湿疣的一种有效方法。
In order to explore a new method for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum, 20 cases were treated with ribavirin and lidocaine by partial injection and partial excision. All cases were cured except 19 cases (95%). Analysis and discussion of its treatment mechanism, that this method has a high concentration of local drug, anti-virus effect, is an effective treatment of genital warts.
