教语文二十年了,在课堂上我常常看到一些同学游离于课堂之外,老师说什么,同学说什么,他一概不管;有一些同学在课堂上总是默不作声,不愿发言;还有的同学一开始能积极举手、大胆回答问题,但慢慢地变得沉默了。而且随着年级的升高,这种现象更加严重。究其原因,我觉得很大程度是学生对语文缺乏兴趣、没有自信心。我们语文教师应更多地从学科自身的角度,观察、分析、解决在语文教学中出现的各种各样的问题,特别是学生自信心下降的问题。我在自己的教学中主要
