一、“九五”时期社会发展的主要任务和目标 “九五”时期是十堰市改变社会事业落后状况的关键时期。随着经济的迅速发展,地方财力的增强和国家“八七扶贫攻坚计划”的继续实施,各项社会发展的投入将会稳步增加,社会发展的基础条件将得到改善,在此期间,要抓住机遇,抓紧社会事业项目建设,努力实现社会与经济的协调、持续发展,促进社会全面进步,满足人民群众日益增长的物质和文化生活需要,并为实现第三步战略目标打下坚实的基础。
I. Main Tasks and Objectives of Social Development during the Ninth Five-year Plan Period The Ninth Five-year Plan period was a crucial period for Shiyan City to change its backwardness in social undertakings. With the rapid economic development, the enhancement of local financial resources and the continuous implementation of the State’s “Poverty Alleviation Program of August 7”, the investment in social development will steadily increase and the basic conditions for social development will be improved.
