很多年轻女性之所以选择练习普拉提,是因为它把东方的柔和西方的刚毅二者之长合二为一,它的动作缓慢清楚,每个姿势都必需和呼吸协调,普拉提适合任何年龄,特别是缺乏运动、长时间需要接触电脑和朝九晚五的上班族的人士。伸展是普拉提训练中的重要项目,其好处就是肌肉不会因为运动后而发达,通过对身体核心部位的锻炼,使脊柱变得柔软有韧性。所以普拉提运动不但改善了身体线条,还对矫正颈部和脊髓起到好的效果。
Many young women choose to practice Pilates because it combines the soft western oriental strengths of both, making it slow and clear. Each posture must be coordinated with breathing. Pilates are suitable for any Age, especially those who lack physical activity, need long time to get in touch with computers and workers who work nine to five nights. Stretching is an important item in Pilates training. The advantage is that the muscles are not developed after exercise and the spine becomes soft and resilient through the exercise of the core parts of the body. So Pilates exercise not only improves body lines, but also corrects the neck and spinal cord to good effect.
