为全面了解和掌握平罗县医疗机构医务人员手卫生情况,查找原因,采取有效措施,加强消毒工作的管理,促进消毒质量提高,有效预防和控制医院感染的发生。依据《医院感染管理办法》、《消毒管理办法》、GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》[1]与《医疗机构医务人员手卫生规范》的有关规定,于2010～2013年期间,对平罗县医疗机构519名医务人员手卫生进行了消毒质量监测。1对象与方法
