近年来,超氧负离子自由基[O_(2·)~-]致病学说已经得到广泛证实,它可以使脂质过氧化、损伤细胞膜,使DNA断裂,细胞基因突变、引起炎症和致癌等。因此,研究抗超氧负离子自由基的物质将有助于寻找防治上述病变的药物。大黄是闻名世界的我国特产药材,含多种化学成分,它具有广泛的生物活性,例如:抗炎、抗突变、抗癌等。作者对六种大黄及其中的蒽醌类、苯丁酮甙类、芪甙类和鞣质类化合物的抗超氧负离子活性进行了研究。
In recent years, the pathogenic theory of superoxide anion radicals [O_(2·)~-] has been widely confirmed. It can make lipid peroxidation, damage cell membrane, break DNA, gene mutation, cause inflammation and cause cancer. Therefore, the study of substances that are resistant to superoxide anion radicals will help find drugs that can prevent and treat these diseases. Rhubarb is a world-famous medicinal product of China, containing a variety of chemical components, it has a wide range of biological activities, such as: anti-inflammatory, anti-mutation, anti-cancer and so on. The authors studied the anti-superoxide anion activity of six rhubarbs and their terpenoids, phenanthroline quinones, terpenoids, and tannins.
