要想创造出一个优秀的班集体,缺少不了班主任的管理。班主任是接触学生最频繁最近的主要管理负责人,是学生各方面发展的领导者。随着我国教育事业的不断改革创新,在现代教育中“德育”显得尤为重要,因此“管育并重”的新型教育模式就出现了。这种新教育模式将班级管理与教学育人有机的结合在一起,为班主任的管理工作提供了一条新道路。本篇文章就“管育并重”德育模式下中职班主任管理问题展开研究,以期能实现中职德育教育的目标。
