十五大报告明确指出，深化教育体制改革，注重创新精神和实践能力培养，全面推进素质教育。本文就实践教学在高等职业教育中的重要地位进行了阐述，并提出了实践教学的几点作法。
The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out: Deepen the reform of the education system, pay attention to the cultivation of innovative spirit and practical ability, and comprehensively promote quality education. This article elaborates the important position of practice teaching in higher vocational education and puts forward some practices of practice teaching.
