针对目前众多图书馆在外包可行性决策上存在主观判断、缺乏系统分析的问题,从客观性和系统性的角度,分析影响高校图书馆采编业务外包可行性的因素,并基于不确定性因素叠加理论定量分析各因素对外包可行性的联合影响,从而为高校图书馆采编业务外包可行性的合理决策提供科学的依据和参考。
Aiming at the subjective judgments on the feasibility decision-making of outsourcing in current libraries and the lack of systematic analysis, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the feasibility of library outsourcing business outsourcing from the perspective of objectivity and systematism and adds them based on the uncertainty factors The theory quantitatively analyzes the combined influence of various factors on the feasibility of outsourcing so as to provide a scientific basis and reference for the rational decision-making of the feasibility of the outsourcing of editorial and acquisition of university libraries.
