随着信息化时代的到来,数码产品、网络文化开始充斥着我们生活的方方面面。数码产品已成为消费者的新宠。出于节约成本的考虑,很多消费者选择直接从零售商如中关村电子商城等场所直接购买。而由于数码产品的专业性特别强,普通消费者是无法辨别其真伪、质量的好坏的,这就为一些商家进行欺诈提供了便利。尽管我国消费者权益法明确规定了消费者享有知情权,显然保护措施还很不到位,因此有必要对消费者的知情权的保护现状进行分析,从而提出有针对性的完善措施。
