随着我国经济的快速发展,对石油和天然气的需求量不断增加。因此,保证石油和天然气的可靠安全供应是实现国家安全高效可持续发展的前提,油气是易燃,易爆,易腐蚀和易产生静电的危险物质,油气的安全储存和运输是我国能源工作最重要的方面之一。本文就当前油气储运现状及问题进行了分析,对油气储运的安全管理提出了方法和建议。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the demand for oil and natural gas is on the increase. Therefore, ensuring the reliable and safe supply of oil and natural gas is the prerequisite for the efficient and sustainable development of national security. Oil and gas are dangerous substances that are flammable, explosive, easily corrosive and prone to static electricity. The safe storage and transportation of oil and gas are the most energy-efficient work in China One of the important aspects. This paper analyzes the current status and problems of oil and gas storage and transportation, and puts forward methods and suggestions for the safety management of oil and gas storage and transportation.
