皮肌炎是一种主要损害皮肤、肌肉,并常导致死亡的严重疾病。国内已有多例报告。该病临床症状有头颈部皮肤发红、水肿、四肢、腰部等处肌肉疼痛、无力。实验室检查部份病例小便发现有蛋白、红、白细胞,其中一例 P.S.P 二小时排出40％,但尸体解剖未见肾脏有明显病变。国外资料 A.C.BpyMσepx 简略提到本病可合并肾炎。但未见用免疫萤光方法检查肾脏的报告。本文报告一例皮肌炎及其肾脏免疫萤光组织化学检查结果。
Dermatomyositis is a serious disease that mainly damages the skin, muscles, and often leads to death. There have been many reports in China. The clinical symptoms of head and neck skin redness, edema, limbs, waist and other muscle pain, weakness. Some cases of laboratory tests found urine protein, red and white blood cells, one case of P.S.P two hours discharged 40%, but the autopsy showed no significant renal lesions. Abroad information A.C.BpyMσepx briefly mentioned the disease can be combined nephritis. However, there is no report of immunofluorescence examinations of the kidneys. This article reports a case of dermatomyositis and its renal immunofluorescence histochemical findings.
