我国银行业由于历史的原因,处于一个高集中度的市场结构模式。随着入世过渡期的结束,我国银行业已经全面对外开放,其市场结构将发生怎样的变化,我国引进外资应注意什么问题,成为本文研究重点。
Due to historical reasons, China’s banking industry is in a highly concentrated market structure. With the end of the transitional period of accession to the WTO, China’s banking sector has been fully open to the outside world and its market structure will change. What should be paid attention to when China imports foreign capital has become the focus of this paper.
