素质教育作为一种创新教育是时代发展的必然趋势,代表着中国先进文化的发展方向。近年来,中小学教育事业发展步伐逐渐加快,并取得了显著成绩,人们越来越关注教育改革问题,希望逐渐变应试教育为素质教育,以更好促进中小学生的全面发展。然而在实践中,中小学素质教育的深化仍然存在一系列误区和障碍,如何处理好素质教育和中小学教育之间的关系、保证中小学素质教育的顺利实施已成为我们面临的重要课题。
Quality education as an innovative education is an inevitable trend of development of the times, and represents the development direction of China’s advanced culture. In recent years, the pace of development of primary and secondary education has been gradually accelerated and remarkable achievements have been made. People are paying more and more attention to the issue of education reform. They hope that they will gradually turn their exam-oriented education into quality education so as to better promote the overall development of primary and secondary school students. However, in practice, there are still a series of misunderstandings and obstacles in the quality education in primary and secondary schools. How to handle the relationship between quality education and primary and secondary education, and ensure the smooth implementation of quality education in primary and secondary schools have become an important issue for us.
