本文从一副眼镜的产权归属问题出发,从名义产权与实际产权的区别分析中提出名义产权的概念、分类,指出名义产权概念的提出并对交易与产权关系的分析不是对科斯关于产权明晰是交易前提这一观点的否定,而是对其的进一步扩展,并将产权的范围推广至公共品。指出公共品也是有产权的,这一观点也不是对以往研究结论的否定,而是在更大范围上的扩展,在此基础上提出名义产权的特点,并对其可能导致的资源浪费问题作了具体分析。文章最后提出具有名义产权物品极易导致浪费的问题的具体解决办法。
