当前我国经济出现严峻形势的根本原因何在?十年来的改革,在理论上哪些应当肯定,哪些应当进一步深化、发展或应当商榷?在实践上哪些政策措施应当肯定,哪些属于失误或有偏差?这些都是涉及到中国改革向何处去的方向和道路问题。最近,本刊编辑部邀请首都理论界部分专家、学者,就以上问题进行了多次座谈。现将座谈会上部分发言摘要发表,希望有助于对这些问题的进一步探讨。
At present, what are the root causes of the grim situation in our economy? Which reforms should be affirmed in theory, which should be further deepened, developed or should be discussed? In practice, what policies and measures should be affirmed and which are mistakes or deviations? These All concern the direction and road to where China’s reform will go. Recently, our editorial department invited some experts and scholars in the field of theorist theory of the capital to hold many discussions on the above issues. We will now publish a summary of some of the speeches delivered at the symposium, hoping to help further explore these issues.
