气功训练改善青年人对21天头低位(-6°)卧床对抗能力的研究

以头低位(-6°)卧床模拟失重,共21d。5名男性经过95d气功训练的分比为气功组,另外5名男性为对照组。年龄为19~21岁。卧床期间,气功组每天进行3次气功训练,每次约50min。在卧床前中后期测量心输出量、心率、心电、血压、体重、小腿周径、脉图、神经传导速度、血中的SOD、Ca ̄(2+)和立位耐力、中医综合检查。结果表明,和对照组相比,卧床中气功组体重和小腿周径下降得少、主观感觉和客观体征明显轻、心输出量减少得少、脉压差明显高。神经传导速度明显快、体内超氧化物产生少、钙丢失较慢,说明气功锻炼使气功组对模拟失重的对抗能力明显高于对照组。 The first low (-6 °) simulated bedridden, a total of 21d. The scores of five men after 95 days of qigong training were Qigong group and the other five men were control group. Age is 19 ~ 21 years old. During bed rest, qigong group performed Qigong training three times a day, each about 50 minutes. Cardiac output, heart rate, ECG, blood pressure, weight, calf circumference, pulse maps, nerve conduction velocity, blood SOD, Ca ~ (2+) and standing endurance were measured in the middle and late bedridden period. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the Qigong group had less body weight and lower leg circumference, subjective and objective signs were significantly lower, heart output decreased less and pulse pressure difference was significantly higher. Nerve conduction velocity was significantly faster, the body produces less superoxide, calcium loss is slower, indicating qigong exercise Qigong group on simulated weightlessness was significantly higher than the control group.
