本文报道外消旋和内消旋六甲基丙二胺肟(HM-PAO)在一些常见溶剂中的~1H和~(13)C化学位移。利用它们的~(13)CNMR谱或氯仿中的~1HNMR谱,可以方便地鉴定这两个性质非常近似的非对映立体异构体。研究结果还表明,利用常规的全去偶~(13)CNMR谱可以测定外消旋体在这两种异构体混合物中的立体异构纯度。
This paper reports the ~ 1H and ~ (13) C chemical shifts of racemic and meso-hexamethylpropylenediamine oxime (HM-PAO) in some common solvents. The two diastereoisomers, which are very similar in nature, can be conveniently identified by their ~ 13CNMR spectra or 1HNMR spectra in chloroform. The results also show that the stereoisomeric purity of the racemate in the mixture of the two isomers can be determined using the conventional fully decoupled ~ (13) CNMR spectrum.
