β-萘黄酮是化学致癌物的有效抑制剂,能抑制肺癌和皮肤癌等的形成。Fatma等曾报道I_2/DMSO/H_2SO_4系统可使二氢黄酮脱氢生成黄酮。本文报道首次采用该系统与β-二氢萘黄酮Ⅰ_(a~g)于100℃恒温反应0.5~1小时,得到β-萘黄酮Ⅱ_(a~g)。收率71~100%,元素分析均符合,紫外光谱和核磁共振谱证实了化合物的结构。
Beta-naphthalenone is a potent inhibitor of chemical carcinogens and inhibits the formation of lung and skin cancers. Fatma et al. Have reported that the I 2 / DMSO / H 2 SO 4 system can dehydrogenate flavonoids to flavones. This paper reports the first time using this system and β-dihydronaphthalene flavonoids Ⅰ_ (a ~ g) at 100 ℃ constant temperature for 0.5 to 1 hour to obtain β-naphthoflavone Ⅱ a_ (g). The yields ranged from 71% to 100%, and the elemental analyzes were consistent. The UV and NMR spectra confirmed the structure of the compounds.
