丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的基因分型在临床和流行病学的研究方面有重要意义。以多聚酶链反应的方法扩增HCV的5’-非编码区第28至284区段(HCV-J株),并以复合限制性内切酶水解的方法按Simmonds基因分型的标准,将HCV分为6型和若干亚型。结果:检测标本38份,均为1b型,与以往的检测结果类似。
Genotyping of hepatitis C virus (HCV) is of great importance in clinical and epidemiological studies. The 28th to 284th segments of the 5’-noncoding region of HCV (HCV-J strain) were amplified by the polymerase chain reaction method and the HCV genotypes of HCV Divided into 6 types and several subtypes. Results: 38 samples were all type 1b, similar to the previous test results.
