目的 观察胃喜康煎剂对消化性溃疡愈合质量的影响。方法 采用乙酸注射至大鼠浆膜下形成胃溃疡模型 ,随机分为对照组、模型组、雷尼替丁组、胃喜康组 ,分别灌服生理盐水、雷尼替丁及胃喜康煎剂。用HE染色对大鼠愈合性胃溃疡再生黏膜进行定量观察 ,用硝酸还原酶法检测血清NO ,用放射免疫法检测血浆ET含量 ,用氢气清除法测定胃黏膜血流量。结果 胃喜康组再生黏膜厚度高于模型组及雷尼替丁组 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清NO含量显著高于模型组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,血浆ET含量明显低于模型组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,GMBF显著高于模型组和雷尼替丁组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 胃喜康煎剂可能是通过增加NO、降低ET含量、增加胃黏膜的血流量、改善胃黏膜微循环 ,达到提高胃溃疡愈合质量的目的。
Objective To observe the effect of Weixikang decoction on the healing quality of peptic ulcer. Methods Gastric ulcer model was established by subcutaneous injection of acetic acid into rats. The rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, ranitidine group and Weixikang group. Each group was given normal saline, ranitidine and Weixikang. Agent. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was used to observe the regenerative mucosa of healing gastric ulcer in rats. Serum NO was detected by nitrate reductase method, plasma ET content was detected by radioimmunoassay, and gastric mucosal blood flow was measured by hydrogen gas removal method. Results The thickness of regenerated mucosa in Weixikang group was higher than that in model group and ranitidine group (P <0.01, P <0.05), and the serum NO level was significantly higher than that in model group (P <0. 01). The plasma ET content was significantly lower than that of the model group (P < 0.01), and the GMBF was significantly higher than that of the model group and ranitidine group (P <0.01). Conclusion Weixikang decoction may increase the NO content, decrease the ET content, increase the gastric mucosal blood flow and improve the gastric mucosal microcirculation, so as to improve the healing quality of gastric ulcer.
