旅游文化课程是职业院校的旅游管理专业的核心课程,其课程目标是帮助学生打牢旅游专业基础,提高专业服务能力。目前该课程存在着课程内容设置较为模式化、教学方法较为单一化等问题。笔者认为,要保证旅游文化课程的课程目标的实现,必须对课程内容和教学方法进行改革,本文提出了课程内容的区域化、时尚化的改革和案例式、体验式教学方式的尝试,以达到更为良好的教学效果。
Tourism and Culture Courses are the core courses of tourism management major in vocational colleges. The objective of the course is to help students lay a solid foundation in tourism and improve their professional service ability. At present, there are some problems in this course, such as the course content is more modeled and the teaching method is more single. In my opinion, in order to ensure the realization of the curriculum objectives of tourism culture curriculum, we must reform the curriculum content and teaching methods. This paper proposes regional, fashion reform and case-based and experiential teaching methods to achieve More good teaching results.
