目的:综述用于海洋防污涂料的含氟聚合物设计研究进展,为开发研究新产品提供参考。方法:参考国内外相关文献40余篇,对于海洋防污涂层适用的含氟聚合物材料的设计研究进展进行简要概述。结果:主要对于液晶性结构和两亲性结构含氟聚合物涂层材料分子的设计研究进展进行了概述,综述了近年来关于含氟聚合物的分子设计和防污性能之间关系的相关研究,展示了基于含氟聚合物的海洋防污涂料最新成果。结论:杀生型海洋防污涂料由于环保和健康方面的问题受到人们的广泛关切,环境友好的基于含氟聚合物的低表面能抗污损型和污损脱落型防污涂层成为未来的重要发展方向。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research progress in the design of fluoropolymers for marine antifouling coatings and to provide a reference for the development of new products. Methods: With reference to more than 40 literatures at home and abroad, the research progress of fluoropolymer materials suitable for marine antifouling coatings was briefly reviewed. Results: The research progress on the design of liquid crystalline structure and amphiphilic fluoropolymer coating materials were summarized. The related researches on the relationship between molecular design and antifouling performance of fluoropolymers in recent years were reviewed , Shows the latest achievements of marine antifouling coatings based on fluoropolymers. CONCLUSIONS: Biocidal marine antifouling coatings are widely concerned by environmental and health concerns and environmentally friendly low surface energy antifouling and defaced antifouling coatings based on fluoropolymers have become important in the future Direction of development.
